What is your coaching approach?
My coaching approach is holistic and client-centered. This means I focus on understanding my clients' individual needs, goals, and challenges. From there, I use a range of techniques and methodologies tailored to each client's situation to facilitate their self-discovery and personal growth. Each coaching session is a safe space where clients are encouraged to explore their thoughts, feelings, and options.
How long does each coaching session last?
Typically, each coaching session lasts for one hour. However, the duration can be adjusted based on the client's needs and the objectives of the session. During the initial consultation, we can discuss and agree upon the best approach for you.
What is your process for working with new clients?
My process begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve from the coaching process. From there, I will create a customized coaching plan tailored to your needs. Our regular sessions will then be scheduled at mutually convenient times. Between sessions, you may have actions or exercises to complete, which will help you make progress towards your goals. I also provide email support between sessions to answer any questions and maintain momentum.
What can I expect to achieve through your coaching services?
The results can vary greatly depending on your goals. However, some common outcomes include improved self-awareness, clarified life or career goals, improved decision-making skills, increased confidence, and enhanced work-life balance. Ultimately, my aim as a coach is to support and empower you to make, meet and exceed your personal and professional goals.
How often do we meet and how are sessions conducted?
Generally, coaching sessions are conducted weekly or bi-weekly depending on your desired progress speed, but the frequency can be adjusted according to your needs and availability. Sessions can be conducted in-person if you're local, or via Zoom call or phone for clients who are farther afield. The goal is to make the process as convenient and effective as possible for you.
