It all started because a leader believed in me and helped me discover my passion: Leading and developing people to achieve their goals. It wasn’t an accident that someone invested in me; they were designed to bring people to new heights, and that is now my passion. I’ve been blessed to have spent time with amazing leaders in the US Navy, shared the ocean with multiple country leaders, and have an insatiable appetite for learning about what makes leaders tick. Along the way I’ve studied tons of great past and modern-day leaders, attended seminars, and picked up a few degrees and certifications along the way, but none of them have contributed more than being under the leadership of some amazing people.

I’m an unapologetic Heavy Metal lover, a drummer, an amateur chocolatier, and my travel bucket list keeps growing each year!
